Qualification & Experience
1. BE/BTech in Civil Engineering with 8 years experience or Diplom in Civil Engineering with 10 years experience.
2. Minimum 5 years experience in planning & scheduling highrise (more than 20 storied) building.
3. Must have experience in Planning in MS Project or Primavera software.
Job Description
1. He should be able to prepare micro schedule of the overall project using the Project Management Software.
2. Preparation of Monthly Cash Flow.
3. Preparion of Daily Progress Report, weekly report, fortnightly report and monthly reports.
4. Preation of Catch-up plan.
5. Any other duty assigned by the senior management time to time.
